Combine all ingredients except the ginger beer in a shaker. Shake
with ice and strain into a highball glass over ice. Add Ginger beer to
fill the glass. Garnish with a Jalapeno Slice

Mix all ingredients in a shaker tin except Ginger Beer.
Add ice. Shake it well. Double Strain into the copper mug. Top off with Ginger Beer. Garnish with Sprig of Mint

Build in your High Ball glass. First add ice. Next is the lime juice and Uncle Waithley’s. Lastly, combine your rums in a mixing glass, and using a bar spoon, float them over the ingredients in your glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
